Preorder Terms
Plain-language terms for every Estone TCG preorder reservation.
Reservation Deposit
A 10% deposit is required to secure a preorder reservation. Deposits are sent through Venmo to @estonetcg with your reservation code in the payment note.
Customer Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable when the customer chooses to cancel a confirmed preorder.
If Estone TCG Cannot Fulfill
If Estone TCG is unable to fulfill a confirmed reserved item, the deposit associated with that unfulfilled item is refunded.
Supplier Allocation
Preorders depend on supplier and distributor allocation and availability.
Release Dates
Release dates and estimated arrival dates may change. We'll post changes on the Updates page.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due when the order is picked up.
Local Pickup
Orders are intended for local pickup unless Estone TCG explicitly arranges otherwise. We meet at the Costco in Everett, Washington.
Pickup Window
Products are available for pickup for 30 days after Pokémon Center ships the order and we notify you it's ready. If the order isn't picked up within that period, Estone TCG may cancel the reservation and the deposit may be forfeited, subject to applicable law. Contact us if you need more time — we're reasonable.
Price
The price shown when your reservation is confirmed is your reserved price, unless Estone TCG explicitly communicates a correction before accepting your deposit. Later price or deposit-percentage changes do not affect existing reservations.
Refunds
Refunds are handled manually by Estone TCG. If anything about your reservation looks wrong, contact us before creating another one.
